About This Visual Timer

This free online visual timer was designed for neurodivergent people, teachers, and anyone who needs to see time passing to get things done. Unlike most visual timers online, this one has no ads, no tracking, and no distractions—just a calm, accessible countdown timer that makes time visible.

Created by Ren Everett, a Neurodivergent, Nonbinary educator with 20 years of teaching experience and the founder of Rad Learning. Perfect for classroom timers, ADHD time management, online meetings, and focus sessions.

Why this timer is different: Most countdown timers use a full circle regardless of duration, making 10 minutes look the same as 1 hour. This visual timer has a simple visual principle: 5 minutes always looks like 5 minutes. We also added the ability to hide any element that distracts you, including the countdown, controls, or title. That way your executive function is always focussed on the task at hand - not your screen.
